Should Teina Pora be released from jail immediately?
Pora was convicted for the murder and rape of Susan Burdett in 1992, after a somewhat unusual confession to being present at the crime scene.
TV3's 3rd Degree screened footage of the Police interviews carried out - along with a somewhat bizarre moment when Police appeared to show Teina the property where Susan was murdered, when he was meant to be showing them!
His lawyer Jonathan Krebs says that nothing in the reports indicate that Teina was present at the crime scene, and therefore could not have committed the crime. He has been in jail for 20 years, his entire adult life.
