Auckland's largest real estate agency has reported median house prices fell in the past year.
Barfoot & Thompson released a report claiming for the first time in a decade house prices in the city are "edging towards a price decline".

Peter Thompson, Managing Director of Barfoot & Thompson joins Sean Plunket on Summer Drive to discuss the decline.
Mr Thompson belives the market is unpredictable at the moment, "the overriding market sentiment at present is indecision as to the direction the market is heading".
