Today's cocktail from MermaidMary is the Christmas Breeze Cocktail, concocted by the team at the team at The Queen’s Head Bar & Eatery, one of Auckland’s oldest licensed pubs, to celebrate their refurbishment.
Queen’s Head Christmas Breeze cocktail:
Organic coconut water 100ml
Coconut syrup 15ml
Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
Pour into a cocktail glass (Poco Grande if you have one).
Garnish with the whipped cream, mint leaves, strawberry and a cherry on top (in that order).
