This week's cocktail comes from the team at Bombay Sapphire - They are hosting the Living Gallery Pop Up at The Glasshouse in the Morningside Precinct, a brand new event space which is basically a massive glasshouse complete with everything a glasshouse should have.
The Bombay Sapphire Colour Club:
45 Mls Bombay Sapphire
30mls Fresh Lemon Juice
15mls Raspberry Syrup
20mls Egg White
Dehydrated raspberries to garnish (Recommend Fresh As)
Chill a Coupe glass
Add Bombay Sapphire, Lemon Juice, Raspberry syrup & Egg White into a shaker
Shake with ice hard for 10 seconds
Strain Cocktail into chilled glass
Crush and sprinkle dehydrated fruit over the cocktail and serve
