Emotional intelligence is a term that can be easily tossed around, but one doctor says it’s a critical skill that can help with stress and decision-making.
Dr Paul Wood told The AM Show that he didn’t begin much emotional intelligence himself, but has learned over time.
“Your brain will not enable you to always feel happy and always feel in control,” he told The AM Show.
Dr Wood spoke to Duncan Garner about how ordinary people can improve their emotional intelligence, resilience and mental toughness.
