Is there a difference in terms of immigration in New Zealand in city areas compared to rural areas?

Entrepreneur Ben De'Ath joins Ryan Bradley to discuss 'The Regions' and how immigration law needs to change in order to best serve the needs of farmers in Rural New Zealand.
