Spending more time with your other half maybe a glorious time for some or living hell for others over the summer break.

The first Monday of January traditionally is the most popular day for marriages world wide to fall apart.

But it’s not as straightforward when a farming family business is involved. Do you just leave with half?

Jeremy Sutton, one of the most senior divorce lawyers in New Zealand joined Rural Exchange from Wellington and discussed why there is a spike in split ups at this time of year.
