Two handwritten setlists written by Paul McCartney are among only eight to be in existence making them incredibly rare. The first from 1960 is penned in cursive and the one from 1963 is in all capital letters.
Bonhams’ Senior Specialist of Music for their Popular Culture department talked to The Rolling Stone about the setlists value,
“There’s very few tangible, physical items directly used by the band that become available to the public... The Beatles are still the most collectible music group, and these two documents reveal their inner workings.”
It's expected that the setlists will go between $150,000 and $250,000 due to their rarity. They will be auctioned late October
The setlists are expected to go for anywhere between $150,000 and $250,000 when they go under the hammer on October 28.
