Comedy actor, Winsdor Davies, best known for his role in It Ain't Half Hot Mum, has died.
According to a family source he died on Thursday.
Not only did he star in It Ain't Half Hot Mum, but he also starred in, The Onedin Line, Callan and Never the Twain.
He has also appeared on our NZ screen in a Mitre 10 ad with rugby players and former All Black and coach Alex 'Grizz' Wyllie.
According to the BBC he retired from acting in 70s and moved to the south of France, with his wife, who died in September. They had five children together.
