How did the Ministry for Culture and heritage endanger over 300 young Kiwis private information

Ryan Bridge 26/08/2019

Over 300 people have been affected by a major security breach at The Ministry for Culture and Heritage but still nobody has been fired or resigned over the serious breach.

Young New Zealanders who applied to the Ministry to be part of the Tuia 250 commemorations, marking 250 years since Captain Cook landed in New Zealand have had their private documents compromised - including passports, birth certificates and drivers' licences.

Joining Ryan Bridge on Magic Talk Drive is Head of Cyber Security lab CROW and Computer Science Lecturer at the University of Waikato Dr Vimal Kumar.
