Climate is "Gods problem, not ours" - Trump reelection committee member

Ryan Bridge 24/09/2019

A Donald Trump Campaign Advisory Board Member has told Magic Talk Drive that the President‘s comments about the gun buyback were made in an effort to “shape policy that will meet everyone's needs.

Steven Rogers, president of the American Winning Coalition and member of the Donald J. Trump for President 2020 Campaign Advisory Board, talks to Ryan Bridge on Magic Talk Drive.

Rogers tells Ryan that the second amendment rights are very contentious in the United States and so further research is “nothing wrong.”

When asked if the President would consider concessions on gun control Rogers responded, “I don’t think he needs to make concessions.”

Our constitution is very clear, that we have the right to bear arms.

Steven goes on to criticise the Democratic party for “politicising the issue”.

When discussing the speech delivered by young Climate Change activist Greta Thunberg , rogers says, “she was used as a tool, I don’t blame her, she’s a kid.”

“But her parents, those responsible for exploiting this young child for a political reason was a disgrace.”

When asked for his position on Climate Change Steven Rogers told Ryan Bridge that he does not believe it is man made saying, “when I go back to those biblical days when there was a massive flood that was not man made it was God made.”

Climate, in my view, that’s God’s problem not ours.

The interview then moves to Donald Trump's unexpected arrival at the Climate summit in New York which many had believed he would not attend.
