WATCH: A student at Wellington Girls College was sent home for wearing a tank top that ‘showed too much skin’.
17yo Lauren Hardie arrived at school on Friday dressed in a tank top and high-waisted pants.
Around midday she was told by a staff member that her outfit was inappropriate and that it put male teachers in a vulnerable position… and a member of the senior management team sent her home to get changed.
Ryan Bridge took callers on this and spoke to Lisa who works at a school in Hamilton.
