Police drop one of three investigations into Cliff Richard

Police have dropped one of their three charges against Cliff Richards.
According to a close source, the police have decided not to pursue one of the cases as they have failed to uncover enough evidence to substantiate the accusations made against him.
Richards has reportedly provided police officials with evidence that proves he was never alone with the two men who allege that he assaulted them in separate incidents in the 1980s.
"Cliff has given police evidence that he was never on his own on the days when the alleged took place," they told the Sunday Times.
Richard was first interviewed by police in relation to an alleged historical sex offence in August 2014. He has never been arrested or charged.
